The return of non-defective products is possible if the return is made within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of purchase and date of receipt by us of the return does not exceed three (3) calendar days from the date of the request for reimbursement. We are unable to return non-defective items in the category of natural care products. Used products can not, unfortunately, be returned.
